Usman Syed Taqui, a postdoc from the Nanostructured Polymeric Membrane Laboratory, received the Best Presentation Award at the Membrane Society of Australasia Annual Conference 2024. His award-winning presentation focused on sustainable hollow fiber fabrication using the natural solvent thymol, a study recently published in Green Chemistry.

The work also received recognition at the MSA Early Career Research (ECR) Symposium, winning in the Lightning Talk competition.
